Payment
Payment is made online. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the payment system’s website, where you must enter your payment card details and pass verification via SMS. If online payment is unavailable, our manager will contact you to find another payment method.
The 5% discount is valid for orders of UAH 1200 and above. If you have paid the total amount and your order is eligible for a discount, we will refund the difference to your bank card.
Delivery
Delivery is possible via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta by their tariffs.
Within Ukraine: Delivery at the expense of the recipient by Nova Poshta at the carrier's rates.
Abroad: Delivery is carried out through Ukrposhta. According to the terms of the carrier, for delivery abroad, you must pay the shipping cost immediately. Therefore, when ordering, please indicate the address, and we will inform you of the shipping cost, which you must pay before shipping.
Completeness and integrity
Upon receipt of the order, please check the package for mechanical damage and integrity.
- If you find incomplete or damaged items, you may refuse to receive them.
- We are not responsible for the goods that have not been checked at the place of delivery.
