Completeness and integrity of the goods:

  • Please check the package for completeness, packaging integrity, and lack of mechanical damage upon receipt of your order.
  • We are not responsible for the goods that have not been checked at the place of delivery.
  • In case of incompleteness or damage, you can refuse to receive the goods.

Exchange or return of goods:

  • Printed publications of good quality are not subject to exchange or return, by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19 March 1994 № 172 “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”
  • Returns of GOOD quality books are made within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging and presentation are intact.
  • The return of defective products is carried out at the Seller’s expense. The cost of the defective product is also refunded.

Exchange and return procedure:

  • Contact us by e-mail at to return or exchange the goods.
  • Specify the reason for the return, contact details, and the procedure for refunding and sending the goods.
  • Managers will help you resolve the exchange or return issue immediately.

Necessary: Before receiving the goods at the carrier’s office, check them for mechanical damage. We are not responsible for goods that have not been checked upon receipt.


Warranty service

In the event of defects during the warranty period, the consumer is entitled to a free repair of the goods. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase by the end user.
The warranty is not provided in the following cases:

  • The serial number of the product has been destroyed.
  • The product’s serial number does not match the number in the warranty card.
  • The product is missing the markings provided by the manufacturer.
  • The product shows signs of tampering.
  • The product has been damaged or malfunctioned due to violation of the terms and conditions of use, storage, and transportation.
  • The product is damaged.

For books

Suppose a book has a printing defect, such as missing or distorted information (missing printed text, pages jammed by the printing press, the book's title on the cover does not match its content, pages turned upside down from the cover). In that case, you have the right to return the book to the store within 14 days of receipt. However, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 19.03.1994 No. 172, products of good quality cannot be returned.

For electronic content

The site administration does not provide refunds for electronic content. E-books are not subject to return or exchange.

If the Buyer has paid for access to download the content but, for technical or other reasons, cannot download it (which happened on his side and through his fault), the refund of the paid funds shall not be made. In this case, the content is considered to have been received correctly. A refund is possible only if the Seller has provided a non-working file (which cannot be reproduced or saved, which has been proven after the Seller’s inspection) or if the Seller cannot replace such a file. Therefore, the content of good quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
